How are BoardRAX shipped?
- BoardRAX are shipped flat packed
- BoardRAX are shipped in custom boxes.
- BoardRAX components are numbered for easy assembly
- BoardRAX screws & bolts are included
- Assembly takes 5 minutes
- Free pickup option from Warriewood on Sydney Nth Beaches
How much is delivery?
Price per rack:
- NSW $30
- QLD $40
- VIC $40
- SA Metro (Adelaide 40km radius or closest depot) $50
- SA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote
- WA Metro (Perth 40km radius or closest depot) $65
- WA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote
How long does delivery take?
- Depending on the season it’s approximately 1 week manufacture time (all our RAX are hand made).
- Deliveries usually take 3 business days to capital cities
- Please allow an additional day to regional locations
Are deliveries insured against loss/damage?
- Yes, all deliveries are fully insured
- Please note that delivery to a wrong or incomplete address can incur a re-delivery fee of $20.
Returns policy
BoardRAX will provide a full refund or credit note for any defective or damaged products purchased directly through our website. We will also cover all return shipping costs.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
-Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your orderItem(s) must be unused and returned in original condition
- Return must include the original invoice with a Return Reference Number obtained from our care team
- EXCHANGES ~ We don't offer exchanges for change of mind.
- SALE ITEMS ~ Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange for change of mind.
