How are BoardRAX shipped?

• All RAX are shipped flat packed
• All RAX are shipped in custom boxes.
• All components are numbered for easy assembly
• All screws & bolts are included
• Assembly takes 5 minutes
• Pickup optional from Narrabeen
   

How much is delivery?

Price per rack:

• NSW $20
• QLD $30
• VIC $30
• SA Metro (Adelaide 40km radius or closest depot) $30
• SA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote
• WA Metro (Perth 40km radius or closest depot) $40
• WA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote

 

How long does delivery take?

• Deliveries usually take 3 business days to capital cities
• Please allow an additional day to regional locations

 

Are deliveries insured against loss/damage?

• Yes, all deliveries are fully insured

 

Do i need to sign for delivery?

• Yes, this is preferred
• I can have the delivery left at your front door, however accept no responsibility for lost orders if this option is taken

Please note that delivery to a wrong or incomplete address can incur a re-delivery fee of $20.
